 Hi Jan,

Believe it or not,  because of the limited space, it's very hard to have a car license from the government. Residents need to wait for 15 years to register a car.

The most popular transporataion tool is GOLF CAR, which does not require a license plate. There are lots of GOLF CARs for rental.
