“Wind beneath My Wings” was brought up in z-far’s article the other day.  That is one of my favorite songs.  It’s based on a true story.  Initially this is the reason that attracted me.fficeffice" />

 

Bette Midler dedicated this song to her best friend-wind beneath her wings.  I read through each sentence of the lyric, I was in tears.  I can see how thankful Bette Midler felt about her friend.  It’s so sad that Bette’s friend had gone far away, to where Bette Midler wouldn’t be able to reach her.

For "Blackocean": 

Eagles at San Juan National Forests (Courthouse Trail), Colorado.    It is near Durango/Silverton area.  It is also quite near heaven at summer times...

 

 

Thank you Ic,  your splendid translation in Chinese,  you are one unsound hero, where-ever you are.   It seems more moving, when I read the words in Chinese translation, perhaps, becuase I had listen to the song too many times...  Cheers...
