usually when an underwriter issue a share,, they usually have an obligation to support it..
that is they will not sell it for a certain amount of time,, and if it goes below a certain level,, they will buy up the issue.
In this case, Morgan Stanley has chose not to do this.   It really looks bad on them when they issue a share and it falls like a rock.

翠竹，相机设置都正确，Sharpening-7不知是-7还是+7，Sharpening应设为+7，因为照片post到网上比在电脑里看原片需要更多Sharpening。在电脑看来清晰的原片，post到网上后看起来就可能不够sharp(相片size不同所致)，如果你不做照片后期处理，就要把相机Sharpening加强，+7不够可以设到+9。
这几张照片，你的相机本身已经做得很好，帮你把最亮的地方的detail都保留下来。在太阳底下拍白色，浅黄色这样的浅颜色物体，跟拍摄反射太阳的镜子无异，表面光的亮度非常高，你从shutters speed=1/4000秒就可以想象它的状况。而花底下的绿叶，shutters speed充其量只需要1/250秒左右。这样宽的动态范围，相机是没法把最亮和最暗的地方同时正确曝光的。因为人的眼睛构造特殊，你看到的亮度比跟相机不同，所以你现场看不出问题所在。1154楼 已经讨论过这个问题，你以后要慢慢学会，习惯用你的眼睛像相机那样看东西。一般相机记录黑暗信息能力比光亮信息能力强，特别是你相机的sensor，有时候拍出来画面看起来黑乎乎都可以调整出一幅正常画面。所以宁愿underexposure也不要overexposure。我建议在太阳光下拍还是避免使用正曝光补偿，以免高亮度部分信息永远失去，无法调整恢复。你相机Active D-Lighting功能就是相机本身动态自动调整曝光参数希望保留highlight detail，但有时可能矫枉过正，引起过分underexposure，你可以把它设置成off，把它关掉。
拍这种情况最好做法就是尽量保持最亮部分不过分曝光，保留detail，然后利用相片后期制作，把highlight跟shadow分开来调整，使高低两部分都得到均衡。还有相机用RAW模式记录相片在相片后期制作时可塑性比JPEG模式好。
还有，翠竹你post的照片压缩比太高，调整时黑暗部分画面信息已经差不多完全失去(压缩就是把图像一部分认为不大重要的信息，如黑暗和高亮度部分信息减去而减少file size），调出来shadow部分失真很大，很难知道你当时的曝光是否最佳。同学网允许1000K size file上传，应该可以上载1024 pixels fine quality 的 JPEG相片。

師傅, 因尋日向處講開Facebook.，今日新聞是Mogan standley sued by shareholder ...
From what I see is that it is very unusual, for a lead underwriter to not support the price of the stock..
Most cases they will jump in and buy back the shares if people are dumping it.
Even more unusual is for the shareholders to suit them... Probably the first time it has happened.
This is all morgan stanley faults,,, They issued way too much shares ( over 600 million shares...and they raised the price by 25 percent days before the IPO date)   Very Very greedy...
......if you, 玫瑰園嘅朋友， bought your share by IPO, you would be able to join the lawsuit...
