DHK, losing 25 lbs, damp good job!, I need to do the same. It is near the point in life, that I need to seek a life style, to permanently keep my weight in the healthy level, like 150 lbs (vs 195 lbs, now). This means, a life on the road, hike into th alpine meadows duringing the day, and retreat to camp fires into the nights, with wines, then we sing in the moonlights..., ahhh...the warm, glowing camp fires... In between, during the warm days, there is the hot springs to soap for the fatigue muscles, and the beautiful ladies (some naked) met along the way... What do you think, it is not far fetched, come join the circle...
