2. We will issue an e-ticket for each ticket you purchased on our web site. Please print out this e-ticket to exchange for the actual concert ticket at venue BOX OFFICE 4PM of day of performance. E-ticket has no cash value. (網路購票時, 請務必把您的電子票印出。於演唱會當天 ( 下午四點 )攜帶電子票與個人駕照，前往演唱會所在地售票處 BOX OFFICE 取票。此電子票並無任何現金價值。)
3. Please bring valid photo ID and your email confirmation receipt when picking up tickets. (現場取票時，請務必攜帶證件、網上購票收據影印本以茲證明。)
4. If you would rather have tickets mailed to you in advance of the performance date, please select the additional $15 shipping and handling charge to have your tickets mailed to you. This fee is a one-time charge PER ORDER, not per ticket. Jade Entertainment will send tickets out via USPS certified mail with required adult signature. Please make certain that someone is able to sign for them upon arrival. (如您想儘早握有演唱會門票在手，請在網路購票時，加選美金 15元郵資與手續費，這是以每一訂單收費，票數不限。 第五季會以掛號郵件將門票寄至您指定的地址。)
